All orders are processed and shipped from within the European Union (France).
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 AM (CET) are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after that time are dispatched the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the EU/EEA takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination.
Orders above €75 qualify for free shipping.
For orders under €75, a flat shipping rate applies starting at €5.95.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Once your order has been dispatched, a separate email will follow containing your tracking code.
5. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is not collected or returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it.
Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days via info@zweedsesnus.nl.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
